One
of two cottages available on the historic Highland Sporting Estate
of Delnabo in the Cairngorm Natrional Park. This lies in an area of
outstanding natural beauty in the foothills of the Cairngorms beside
the Avon and Ailnack rivers. The Estate has a herd of Highland cattle
and wildlife includes red and roe deer, grouse, blackgame, red squirrels
and an occasional glimpse of a golden eagle or wildcat. Traditional
detached stone and slate cottage situated in an elevated position and
commanding outstanding views down Strath Avon. Recently renovated and
new full oil central heating installed.

Accommodation all on one level
and comprises: Sunporch, sittingroom, kitchen/diningroom, bathroom
with bath, whb , wc, two twin bedrooms which could be converted to
a double on request.
Activities:
Tomintoul, one of the highest villages in the Highlands, is just one and a half miles distant. There are a variety of short and long walks in the area - horse riding and salmon/trout fishing are available. There are many places of interest, including the famous Whisky Trail, Royal Deeside, Aviemore and excellent golf courses, within easy driving distance.
