Craiglush has one of the most beautiful locations
in Perthshire overlooking and accessing Craiglush Loch and enjoying complete
privacy. The house has been extended and completely refurbished to provide
an exceptional property to enjoy the scenery and watch the birdlife on
the loch. There are 5 acres of fully fenced garden making a great adventure
playground for children, though the loch is not fenced off.
The house is on two levels with the front rooms enjoying full length
glass doors that open on to wide balconies for you to sit outside looking
over the loch where you are likely to see ospreys fishing in the summer
months.

Ground Floor: Hallway with slate floors and stair to first floor. Spacious
open plan kitchen, dining/ sitting room with glorious views across loch
and access to balcony. New fully equipped kitchen. Sitting room has a
woodburning stove. Bathroom with shower over bath. Double bedroom with
views across loch, further twin room.
First Floor: Second lounge (sofabed) with access to balcony and views
over water. Double room with views and en-suite shower room. Bathroom

Activities:
It will be hard to leave the
views from the house, but nearby are 2 golf courses, the cathedral
town of Dunkeld, trout fishing as well as endless beautiful walks.

litre over 10 litres per day.
