area, and has splendid views over the popular highland town of Pitlochry
and the scenic Tummel Valley beyond. The Lee is a spacious, modern
bungalow in an elevated position within the grounds of Craigard in
a quiet setting only minutes from the town centre. With gas central
heating, a well fitted kitchen, generous living space and that all
important second bathroom, The Lee is an ideal base for a family holiday.
There is an open, shared garden and parking at a lower level, with
steps up to the property. For the less able there is an easier access
from Craigard car park.

Within a few minutes walk of shops, buses, railway station, leisure centre, bowling green, golf course and Festival Theatre, the property is conveniently situated for touring the Highlands with such diverse sights as Glencoe, Loch Lomond and Royal Deeside all suitable for a days outing. For the golfer, Pitlochry's challenging 18 hole course is close by and there are several other courses within easy reach. Special rate tickets are available for playing on a choice of courses. Fishing permits are available locally and for those who wish to enjoy a days break from driving there are bus and rail trips on offer.
