newly built attractive house is designed around traditional Scottish
sporting lodges and is set in the isolated beauty of Perthshire with
views across the Sma’ Glen.
The right hand wing of this house is available for holidays . The other wing
is completely separate and will be completed in 2007.
The house
has a lovely open plan kitchen, dining sitting room with stone flagged
floor and Aga. The ensuite master bedroom is a bright and spacious room
with lovely views and your own telescope for watching wildlife. The fully
enclosed garden has a pond and small orchard.
There is trout fishing
on the estate ponds,Buchanty Burn and River Almond. You may see deer,
pheasants and red squirrels etc in the neighbouring countryside. Golf
courses are nearby, with Gleneagles a 40 minute drive and you can walk
to your hearts’ content.
