oasis that is the 17,500-acre Kildermorie Estate. April Cottage is
a comfortable and cosy haven for two people wishing to enjoy tranquillity,
seclusion and the outdoors. This pretty stone cottage has a modern
fitted kitchen, dining room and lounge.

Ground Floor. Kitchen,
dining room, lounge with sofa bed, wc, bathroom (bath, shower and
whb).
First Floor. Twin/double
bedroom.
Included:
Linen & towels provided. Gas central heating. Complimentary
electricity included. Stereo/radio, gas cooker, fridge freezer,
microwave. Lawn and ample parking. No TV. Use of estate laundry & drying
room. Bank fishing with own tackle is included, but arrangements must be made in advance if
boats, gillies and tackle are needed.
