Under new ownership, these cottages on the Couldoran Estate are in a very remote but dramatic setting beside a river leading directly into Loch Damph. The area provides a wealth of fantastic walks, fishing, bird-spotting and wildlife. The cottages are basic, but well equipped and comfortable. The L-shaped building is divided into 3: New Lodge is a one-storey cottage with a big kitchen/dining-room/lounge which sleeps 6. Old Lodge is a more traditional 2 storey-building which sleeps 5; and attached to Old Lodge (but entirely separate if required) is a charming 2-bed annexe, which is only let out with Old Lodge at an extra cost of £125 p.w

The 2 cottages share an entrance hall; they can be let separately (sleeping 5 + 2 in annexe) and 6 respectively. Alternatively, they are ideal for a larger group sleeping up to 13. A travel cot is available free of charge.

Fishing is available on the loch free of charge; salmon fishing, alternative loch fishing and stalking can be arranged on the Couldoran estate at very reasonable rates.

Both Properties have Open Fires, Electric Heaters, Cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, tv with video (no tv signal). All linen and towels provided free (except for cot linen) and all electricity included.
