This is a truly lovely Georgian House which has been extremely comfortably and luxuriously refurbished yet maintains great charm, tradition and character. Dipple House is a family owned house and the personal items and pictures reflect this. It is an ideal house for family groups, fishing parties or celebrations and there is the added attraction of an all weather tennis court and lovely garden with its own orchard.
The rooms are spacious with a large kitchen with Aga, separate large dining room and 2 lovely public rooms and an abundance of open fires. The master bedroom is a delight with its open plan en suite bathroom complete with roll top bath. The attic bedroom will thrill children with its very comfortable 4 single beds, own bathroom and flatscreen TV, adults could use this but may find the lack of roof space a little restrictive.
The house has a secluded rural location close to the famous River Spey yet is only 15 minutes from Elgin and 10 minutes from the renowned Speyside whisky trails. The Moray beaches are delightful and within easy reach and you have every chance of seeing the dolphins in the Moray Firth. There are many castles, distilleries, walks, pony trekking and of course skiing in the area, but you may find it hard to leave this lovely house!
