Shenval Farm House is something really special with an unrivalled position high above the Rivers Avon and Livet. There are stunning views on all sides to the Ladder Hills, the Braes of Glenlivet, the grouse moors of the Cromdale Hills and on clear days the high tops of the Cairngorms can easily be seen.
Open the antique French door and you will be delighted by the quality of this house. The kitchen is fabulous, spacious and bright with superior fixtures and fittings that will make it a pleasure to use. The open plan sitting/dining room is spacious and bright with furniture and fittings that are both comfortable and beautiful. Sit by the open ‘gas’ flame fire and take in the wonderful views from one of the four windows and French doors that open out to the front of the house. The bedrooms are of the same very high standard as the living areas and all have picture windows to enjoy the same beautiful scenery.
Speyside is renowned for fishing and shooting and these sports can be arranged but the area can also offer many other pursuits. Visit the many Whisky Distilleries, try a round of golf at Ballindalloch. Climb Ben Rinnes or take a walk along the Speyside Way. Horse riding is near at hand at Grantown and Aberlour.
