This traditional detached stone cottage offers a very high standard of accommodation, and stands on the banks of the River Carron in a rural situation of mature woodlands and open fields.

Ground floor: Sun porch, sittingroom with open fire, kitchen/diningroom, utility room, twin bedroom, separate wc.
First floor: One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one boxroom with single bed, bathroom with bath, whb, wc.
Activities:
The cottage has a warm history of entertaining fishermen and sportsmen keen to take advantage of not only the wide range of sport offered by the Estate but also local golf courses, walks and sandy beaches. Subject to availability, a two-rod salmon beat can be taken with the cottage. Relaxation is guaranteed with the luxury of the sauna installed in the adjacent outhouse.
